Complimentary UK shipping on all orders. Your jewellery is carefully packaged and dispatched with care.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Dispatch times may be extended during peak trading periods, and we will notify you of any delays.
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
All Suli Bijoux orders include our signature luxury packaging at no additional cost. Your jewellery is presented in a branded gift box, making each purchase feel special whether for yourself or as a gift.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not deliver to international addresses at this time.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14-day returns policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sulibijoux.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect dispatch.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@sulibijoux.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@sulibijoux.com. We will investigate with Royal Mail and work to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
